The Situation
The floating platform operates in a man-made body of water in Suriname. Its main objective is to transfer heavy machinery across the lake, delivering it to a gold mining firm situated on the opposite shore. The machinery is always prepared for immediate utilization. This floating platform has been in operation for a duration of 5 years, and the level of customer contentment is exceedingly high.

In order to strictly control the welding quality, SCO HID company invested in the purchase of weld non-destructive flaw detector, sent personnel to the testing institution for training and learning, obtained the qualification certificate of non-destructive flaw detection personnel, and laid a good foundation for the control of the internal quality of welding.
